Visiting the IMEI museum

Posted on: 2014/01/21

We planned to go hiking with Ethan last Sunday since it was forecast to be warm and sunny.  Although the forecast was accurate, we forgot to consider the wind factor.  As we got out from the car and walking towards the trail head, the wind was blasting so hard that we were concern of Ethan.   So instead of doing some exercise, our minds were aiming for lunch.  We went home, changed and went out for lunch.

We visited the I-MEI food confectionery museum and restaurant http://www.imeifoods.com/abimei.html nearby our house to had dim sum.  It was great as both my mom and I were craving for some hong kong dim sum.  After a satisfying meal, we get to walk in their small eco-park, where most of the photos were taken.  Ethan continues to be mesmerize by the opened blue sky, green leaves, trees…etc.
